Ways to get involved
There are many ways you can get involved and have your say in Brunswick. Customer’s views are vitally important to us and help shape services, processes and policies for the Brunswick neighbourhood.
Leaseholder Forum
The Leaseholder forum is a partnership between leaseholders, S4B, Ward Councillors and Manchester City Council to provide a regular forum for consultation, communication and engagement with Leaseholders of Brunswick. The forum meets quarterly and aims to:
- work with S4B and Manchester City Council, to engage and discuss all elements of the Brunswick PFI which affect Leaseholders including improvement works, neighbourhood management and resident communications being carried out by S4B.
- work with local Councillors to represent Leaseholders’ views on the investment, regeneration and services delivered through the PFI contract.
- report issues which are not related to the PFI contract to the most appropriate neighbourhood forum.
- ensure the Leaseholder forum reflects the community.
The forum does not get involved in individual leaseholder disputes and cases.
We are currently seeking a Committee Positions such as Chair and Secretary. To find out more about these roles and to find out how you can get involved with the Forum please contact us. Send a WhatsApp message to 07418 367 396, email info@s4bmanchester.co.uk telephone 0300 555 0128 or call into the S4B housing office, 15 Brunswick Street, M13 9SU.
Mini Questionnaires
Every now and again we will send out mini questionnaires about our service. These may be specific to your block, for example following some planned works or might be about the service in general so that we can get your views and improve the service. These questionnaires will contain no more than five questions meaning you can complete them quickly.
Customer Voice
We want to ensure that all leaseholder guides are written with you in mind. To do this we would like to contact a small group of leaseholders who would be willing to review new and updated customer guides and provide feedback. When guides have received your stamp of approval they will be uploaded to the website.
We would expect to contact you three to four times per year to ask that you review a small selection of leaseholder guides. There is no need to attend an in-person meeting, we only ask that you read the guides and send us an email with any proposed changes or any queries.
Interested? Contact us at Info@s4bmanchester.co.uk so we can add you to the Customer Voice list.
Other ways to get involved
There are many other ways for leaseholders to get involved such as through the Brunswick Tenants and Residents Association (BTARA) and through customer feedback groups. You can find more information about that here Resident Feedback Groups | S4B Manchester. In addition to this, the S4B Monitoring Panel also has leaseholder representatives and meets every other month.
Complaints
While we strive to give a good service at all times, there may be occasions when you have to complain about the standard of service. Our complaints procedure is available on our website here Comments, compliments & complaints | S4B Manchester. We strive to resolve complaints as quickly as possible. Please contact us if you have any concerns.
