Brunswick Village – Extra Care
An all-new 60-apartment development for people aged 55 and over has been completed in Brunswick, offering modern homes designed to support independent living now and in the future.
The development, completed in spring 2021, includes a mix of one and two-bedroom apartments suitable for single people and couples. Each resident has their own individual apartment, with the added reassurance of a dedicated care team based on-site 24 hours a day.
While support is available for those who need it, residents do not have to have current care needs to live at the scheme. The homes have been designed with the future in mind, helping people remain independent for longer and providing a home for life if personal needs change over time.
Residents can enjoy a wide range of facilities, including indoor and outdoor communal spaces, a bistro with patio garden area, a hair salon, community centre and rooftop gardens with impressive views across Manchester. The central location also provides easy access to shops, local amenities, public transport and motorway links.
There are plenty of opportunities for residents to get involved in community activities, both on site and within the wider neighbourhood, as well as events and activities in and around Manchester city centre.
