Brunswick Village – Extra Care

The all-new 60-apartment development for people aged 55+ in Brunswick completed in spring 2021, consisting of one and two bedroomed properties aimed at and suitabkle for single people and couples.

Residents will have their own individual apartment and there is also a dedicated care team based on-site 24-hours a day, and whilst this is available not everyone has to have current care needs. The idea is that especially as people are living much longer these days, it’s a home for life with no need to move to more suitable accommodation if personal needs ever change.

Facilities include internal and external communal areas, bistro wiht patio garden area, hair salon, community centre and rooftop gardens. The views across the city of Manchester are amazing and the central location means easy access to shops, amenities, public transport and motorway links. There are lots of community activities both on site andwithin the neighbourhood, plus other activities in and around the city centre.
