We are committed to continuously improving the services we provide to customers. We monitor and review our performance regularly with customers; board and management team so we can identify what we do well and what we need to improve on.

We carry out surveys with customers so that we can find out what you think we do well and what we need to improve on. We then use the results of these surveys to improve and develop our services.
