We are continuing to monitor Government advice and are adapting our services accordingly to ensure we minimise risks to the health and safety of our customers and staff, whilst also trying to continue to deliver our services to you.

In line with Government guidance on social distancing that non-essential contact should be avoided where possible, we were advised to close the S4B housing office to visitors from 19th March. This may change shortly and we will keep you informed as and when the situation alters.

Social distancing
Here at S4B we are still practising the two-metre social distancing rule to keep both colleagues and customers as safe as possible. We as a community work in close proximity with each other on a day-to-day basis so we are keeping to the two-metre social distancing rule. This will be reviewed periodically and we need to be sure we are keeping everyone as safe as possible.

Test and Trace
Have you got a socialising journal? Can you retrace your steps?

It takes seconds to keep a record of who you’ve socialised with and where you’ve been.  It could be crucial to the NHS test and trace service and it could save lives.

Not only do we need to take every precaution and follow the rules on social distancing, hand-washing and face coverings, we also need to play our part in NHS Test & Trace.

Here is a short video from the director of public health for Manchester, David Regan, along with some test and trace questions and answers.

If you may have coronavirus, you must get a test.
