Customer service standards
We welcome customer feedback on all our services and will use it to ensure we are continuously improving those services to meet and exceed customer expectations.
The Customer Contact Team are the first point of contact for our residents. They will be available to deal with your enquiries from Monday to Friday from 9am until 5pm, whether you choose to telephone, email, text, write or visit the S4B Housing Office.

The team will be able to deal with general enquiries including :
- make appointments for you to see one of our Specialist Officers either at the office or in your own home
- take rent payments over the telephone
- advise on the timetable for refurbishment
There is an out of hours service for calls outside of normal business hours where you can report emergency repairs or to report serious issues.
