S4B is a partnership specially set up to deliver the Brunswick PFI project. In 2014, the partnership formed a company to contract with Manchester City Council to deliver a 25-year PFI project in Brunswick PFI. The consortium consists of Equitix. Onward Homes, Vistry and Mears. Under the contract Manchester City Council remains as the landlord.
