Satisfaction Survey

We are committed to continuously improving the services we provide to customers and we monitor and review our performance regularly with customers, board and management team so we can identify what we do well and what we need to improve on.

We carry out surveys with customers so that we can find out what you think we do well and what we need to improve on, then use the results of these surveys to improve and develop our services.

Customer satisfaction surveys are carried out annually along with other ad-hoc surveys periodically to gauge customer opinion in relation to customer service, repairs and improvement works to name a few.
