This year’s Tenants Satisfaction Measures (TSM) survey will soon be distributed to all tenant households (no homeowners) starting in early October. The results of the survey will help shape our services and help us identify areas we can improve, all for the benefit of our customers. It is a Government requirement we do this which started in 2023.

You can also return your completed survey to the S4B housing office, 15 Brunswick Street, M13 9SU to receive your free S4B promo branded item or hand it to a member of the team such as a caretaker or housing officer when you see them passing by or around the neighbourhood.
There will also be copies available from the S4B housing office and also at this year’s Brunswick Bonanza event where Sharon Thomas and other members of the S4B team be on hand to help you complete the form and to answer any questions you may have.
All completed entries will be entered into a prize draw for a chance to win £100 in shopping vouchers as well as a free promo item for all completed entries returned. The deadline for returning your completed survey is Friday, 18th December 2026.
