In this edition, we have a lovely feature on Mrs Kathleen Mason who celebrates her very special 100th birthday this year which adorns the front page. Our very own cover girl! Happy Birthday and we wish you all the very best for the year ahead. 

There’s an update on this year’s Celebrating Brunswick 10th anniversary Campaign, and we’ve just launched the Community Fund where you can apply for £100 to support an activity or event of your choice. So get in touch to register your interest. 

Don’t forget the monthly Photography Competition continues, so get snapping to be in with a chance of winning a prize and for your photo featuring in our 2025 calendar. There’s still time to get your entry in for June. The deadline for each entry is the past day of each month. 

There’s all the usual money and home advice plus, we have a special feature for us all to be more aware and look after where we live. Recycle right and don’t fly-tip. If you have or look after a dog, make sure you clean its’ mess up, even in your own garden. Plus, if you smoke, bin your butt‘, just don’t discard it. We all have a duty to look after Britain and the place where we live.
