Polygon – Apartments, Shops and Housing Office

In August 2018, the S4B housing office opened the doors at new premises in the Polygon development, situated opposite the O2 Apollo Manchester on the corner of Stockport Road and Brunswick Street. 

The new building on Polygon Street and Stockport Road also consists of 18 two-bedroom apartments for rent and five retail units, also available for rent. The S4B neighbourhood office previously stood on Bramwell Drive in the former Nursery school.

Residents living in the nine homes which previously stood on the site, were rehoused as part the regeneration of the neighbourhood, and most chose to remain Brunswick meaning they could stay living close to family and friends.
