Reversals

To ensure houses front onto streets and improve visibility and safety within public areas, 124 homes will be ‘reversed’, which means that the front of these houses will become the rear and vice versa.

If your property is being reversed you will get a new porch extension and many will benefit from a balcony. If you are a Manchester City Council tenant you will still get a new kitchen and bathroom and all of the benefits that refurbished homes will receive.

Please note: the internal layout of your home will not change.
