Litcham Close 2026

Refurbishment at Litcham Close is next in line in the planned works programme. Improvements include, re-roof, new windows, external decoration and electrical rewiring work. 

An open-day drop-in session was arranged for 18th March at the S4B housing office between, for customers to come along and view samples and ask any questions they may have. For those unable to attend the drop-in, samples were available to view in the housing office. 

This is the colour choice which was agreed for the external paintwork and here some images of the results. 

Re-roof works have also taken place at Licham Close along with some houses around the neighbourhood whose roofs were at the end of their life and were scheduled for replacement. Here are some images of the works that have taken place. 

Detailed communications will be provided to customers directly affected by the works throughout the process, and Leaseholders will also receive information bespoke to them. General updates will be published on the S4B website, email bulletins, social media and text messages where necessary to keep everyone informed about what is happening in the area. We will also provide updates via the all-customer newsletter.
