Customer service standards

The Customer Contact Team are the first point of contact for our residents. They are available to deal with your enquiries Monday to Friday from 9:00am until 5:00pm.

You can contact the team via WhatsApp message on 07500 065 270, email info@s4bmanchester.co.uk  via telephone on 0300 555 0128, by visiting the S4B housing office, 15 Brunswick Street, M13 9SU or even social media.

The team are here to deal with general enquiries including :

  • making appointments 
  • taking rent payments 
  • booking repairs and gas safety checks 

There is an out-of-hours service for calls outside of normal business hours where you can report emergency repairs or to report serious issues – telephone 0300 555 0128 (24-hours option 2).

We welcome customer feedback on all our services and use it to ensure we are continually improving those services to meet and exceed customer expectations.
