S4B is making the most of the summer by taking our Customer Service reception team out into the neighbourhood.
We kickstarted our visits with Lockton Court, followed by Helmshore Walk on Wednesday 10th August where we were on hand to discuss any repairs work or neighbourhood concerns. Our thirs visit is planned for September so keep an eye out for the location.
Everyone welcome, please feel free to come along to discuss any repairs, tenancy or community issues you may have. You don’t have to live in that particular area.
And we would love you to come by and have a chat about our new campaign, Celebrating Brunswick. when we will be showcasing the many changes that have taken place here in the neighbourhood. Please do drop by and share your memories or old photos to help us celebrate how things have changed.
The summer of community drop-in events is part of the S4B action plan following feedback received in the 2022 Satisfaction Survey. Look out for dates and times of the next drop-in locations which will be published here and on social media when they become available.
