Thank you for your ongoing patience whilst we complete the construction of new build homes for sale across across the Brunswick neighbourhood.

We are now in a position to downsize and relocate the current Extra Care site compound, off Balsam Close near Helmshore Walk, freeing up the car parking area back to residents. 

Work is due to start on the new area this week and will take about a month to complete. The new site is located between Upper Brook Street and Glenbarry Close, detailed on the plan here.

The existing compound located near the Extra Care site will then be removed.  

We will be working from the new site until 2023 until construction work is complete when the new compound will be removed.

The safety of residents and workforce is our main priority and this new location will mean we can better manage traffic routes without the need for construction vehicles to cross the neighbourhood.

The location will provide a safer one-way traffic system keeping disruption for residents to a minimum – detailed on this plan.

The area will be securely hoarded and it will also be monitored by security patrols out-of-hours.

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we would like to reassure you that all of our sites are managed in accordance with Government guidance for construction work, including the Construction Leadership Council’s Site Operating Procedures.

Having suitable welfare facilities, compliance with covid secure measures including social distancing, are all essential and this compound will help us manage this safely.

Core working hours will be 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday. There may be occasions when it is necessary for us to work on a Saturday morning. If this is the case we will let you know.

We will always work to keep noise and disruption to a minimum.

A number of homes located in and around the Wadeson Road area are progressing to the final stages of construction and due for completion in the coming months.

Work has commenced on new phases of work located off Brunswick Street, Stockport Road and Beamish Close. The remaining newbuild work will then start on properties for sale in areas including Oregon Close, Kincardine Road, Abel Road and Glenbarry Close. All regeneration work is due for completion in 2023.
