Work on the £4m Polygon development is now complete, breathing new life into the Brunswick neighbourhood.

S4B, the consortium behind the £106m regeneration masterplan, started work on the project in June 2016. A new housing office, retail facilities and apartments to rent are all part of the development, situated on the corner of Stockport Road and Brunswick Street, opposite the O2 Apollo Manchester.

S4B Commercial Services Manager, Daniel Baker, said: “We are really excited to be moving into our new office and staff have been working extremely hard to ensure the seamless transition of services for residents of Brunswick.

“We want to reassure customers it will be business as usual. The doors will close at Bramwell Drive for the last time on Tuesday 7th August 2018 and we re-open for business at our new Brunswick Street location the following day.

“Winners of the resident photography competition have been invited along to ‘cut the ribbon’ at 9am and we hope other Brunswick customers will come along too, to mark the occasion and take a look at the new office.

“The new office also has a large community meeting room. We have many resident community groups here in Brunswick and the room will be made available as an accessible meeting place for all to enjoy”.

In addition to the new S4B housing office and community meeting room, the Polygon development offers 18 two-bedroom apartments for rent, a health food shop, convenience store, fast food outlet and a coffee shop.

The Polygon doors will open for business at 9.00am on Wednesday 8th August 2018 at 15 Brunswick Street, M13 9SU.

S4B is the consortium set up to deliver the 25-year £106m regeneration project in Brunswick which started in January 2014. The consortium is made up of four specialist organisations – Onward, Mears, Galliford Try and Equitix.
