How to pay your rent
You can pay online using a debit or credit card via All Pay or using your mobile. Check out allpay mobile. Tenants can also pay by cash at any PayPoint outlet using your payment card or by debit or credit card.

Alternatively, you can make rent payments using a debit or credit card from the S4B Housing Office, 15 Brunswick Street, Manchester, M13 9SU. You can also visit other local PayPoint locations which may be more convenient for you.
If you have any concerns regarding rent payments or utility bill payments, or need assistance should you feel unable to access these alternative locations, please contact S4B on 0300 555 0128 or call into the S4B housing office. Please note: S4B will not accept cash payments at the local office.
View your statement online
You can view your rent account statement online – all you need is a current email address.
Then you can:
- Register new user information online to activate your new user ID code
- Receive your ID verification direct to you in the post
- Login and view your rent account online
Or, if you do not have an email address you can contact us to request a rent statement
When is my rent due? Rent is due on a Monday. You may choose to make payments weekly, fortnightly or monthly.

Set up a Direct Debit
This is a quick and easy way for your rent to be paid automatically. Please call us 0300 555 0128 to request a Direct Debit form.
Via Telephone
You can call S4B to pay during office opening hours (Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm) 0300 555 0128 with a debit or credit card.
Use the Allpay 24 hour line 0844 557 8321 (calls charged at local rate)
Struggling to pay your rent?
It’s your responsibility to make sure your rent is paid on time. If you fail to pay your rent, then you could face legal action against you. If you continue to fall behind on your payments, you could ultimately lose your home.
