Lockton Court
Lockton Court is one of the four high blocks in Brunswick. It was originally built in the 1970’s from the same concrete construction as Silkin and Lamport Court.
Silkin Court is one of the four high-rise blocks in Brunswick. The block was fully refurbished transforming the building as part of the PFI project.
The building was fully insulated and rendered in terracotta and white. The balconies were enclosed creating a winter garden space for all properties and the bedsits were removed by merging them into the neighbouring one-bedroom flats, to create all-new two-bedroom properties.
Residents benefitted from new front doors, windows, kitchens and bathrooms. New lifts were installed to all floors, with new CCTV plus gated perimeter fencing and car park areas.
