Ardeen Walk

Ardeen Walk has been reshaped by the regeneration of Brunswick.  The site of the former housing office is now new build homes and the cottage flats were refurbished as part of the regeneration programmes which saw new front doors, new kitchen and bathrooms installed.

Roads have also been renamed and new names introduced as part of the project. A customer competition was held by S4B for residents to make suggestions on what they wanted their streets to be called. This included the Boulevard running through the heart of the neighbourhood, which was named Sylvia Pankhurst Way in honour of the local suffragettes movement.

The roads surrounding what was Ardeen Walk snd Bramwell Drive became Peace Road and xxx.
