Litcham Close 2026

Refurbishment works at Litcham Close are next in line in the planned programme. Improvements include, re-roof, new windows, external decoration and electrical rewiring work. Here is the colour choice which has been agreed for the external paintwork. 

An open-day drop-in session has been arranged for 18th March at the S4B housing office between 5:00 and 8:00pm. If you are unable to attend the drop-in session, samples of the works such as the painting colour choice and window frames are available to view in the S4B housing office. Just pop in during office opening hours, or get in touch to make an appointment if you have any specific questions. 

Detailed communications will be provided to customers directly affected by the works throughout the process, and Leaseholders will also receive information bespoke to them. General updates will be published on the S4B website, email bulletins, social media and text messages where necessary to keep everyone informed about what is happening in the area. We will also provide updates via the all-customer newsletter.
