Planned Works
Major building and construction work has now been completed in Brunswick throughout the first ten years of the PFI project. The next phase will be planned and cyclical improvement work, focusing on maintaining the the work already completed both to a good standard functionally and also keeping it aesthetically pleasing.
Improvement works throughout the 2025-27 programme will include:
- Fence painting
- Roof works
- Internal Painting of communal areas
- Windows and doors
- CCTV work
- Electrical work
We will be consulting with residents throughout the process and keeping you informed on timescales and details of any work to be undertaken.
We will collate feedback from customers following the improvement work, to ensure we are listening to customers and continually improving our services. Results will be shared via newsletters and on the website, with more bespoke communication issued to those customers directly experiencing the works.
