We are receiving increased reports of people claiming to be operatives from S4B to try and gain access to customers homes, who have turned out to be bogus callers.
Always check the details of anyone calling at your home and ask for ID.
S4B would usually arrange an appointment with you prior to visiting your home, and our operatives should be wearing the correctly branded clothing and carry the relevant ID, with their badge on display at all times. Any vehicles they arrive in should also be branded.
If an operative visits your home and you are unsure who they are, or they cannot provide their ID badge, DO NOT let them into your home and please call us straight away on 0300 555 0128.
