After a short break due to the pandemic, we are now in a position to revisit the customer satisfaction survey when once again we are asking what you think about your experience of living in Brunswick and the housing management service that S4B provides.
Paper copies will land on doormats today, (Thursday, 6 January 2022) which can be completed and returned using the prepaid envelope provided. The survey is also available online here via Survey Monkey and will also be sent out via text message.
The choice is yours how you complete it, but whichever method you prefer, please do take a few minutes to fill it in. Your views matter to us and will help us shape services for the coming year and help us understand what matters most to you.
And as always, all completed surveys received will be entered into our prize draw for the chance to win £100. There is the option to opt-out if you don’t wish to take part.
