Construction of the new Extra Care development, Brunswick Village is fast nearing completion.
And great news…there are still apartments available to rent, so why not apply now to reserve your place. Visit the S4B website or give us a call – 0300 555 0128.
Residents at the all-new development, aimed at single people and couples aged 55+, will have their own apartments and whilst there will be a dedicated care team based on-site 24-hours a day, not everyone has to have care needs.
The idea behind Extra Care is people are living much longer these days, so it’s a home for life with no need to move to more suitable accommodation if care needs ever change.
The 60-apartment scheme is made up of one and two-bedroom units, with a fully fitted kitchen, carpeted throughout, video intercom entry system, easy access bathrooms and most have a balcony.
The ground floor is occupied by on-site facilities such as a bistro, salon, electric scooter charging area and a community room. (Subject to Government guidelines on COVID19 restrictions).
There is an off road car park and a garden area to the rear of the building and resident only fob entry lifts to the residential areas on the upper floors.
There is also a roof-top garden area with stunning views over the Manchester skyline, for residents to enjoy and maybe grow a plant or two to put their own stamp on it.
Completion is due in early 2021 so watch this space for further details and news of the official opening date.
