Residents at Brunswick Village, aimed at single people and couples aged 55+, will have their own apartments and whilst there will be a dedicated support team based on-site, not everyone has to currently have health needs.
The idea behind Extra Care is people are living much longer these days, so it’s a home for life with no need to move to more suitable accommodation if personal needs ever change.
The apartments feature a fully fitted kitchen, flooring throughout, audio/video intercom entry system, easy access bathrooms, with fabulous views and most have a balcony.
The ground floor is occupied by on-site facilities such as a bistro, Day Care centre, beauty and hair salon, electric scooter storage area, laundry room and community areas. (Subject to Government guidelines on COVID19 restrictions).
There is off-road parking and a garden area to the rear of the building with resident only fob entry lifts to the residential areas on the upper floors.
There is also a roof-top garden area with stunning views over the Manchester skyline, for residents to enjoy and maybe grow a plant or two to put their own stamp on it.
