The all-new 60-apartment development for people aged 55+ in Brunswick is due for completion in autumn and it needs a name.
We’re asking customers to get involved and we’d love to hear from you. Send your suggestion to [email protected] for the chance to win £50 in shopping vouchers (t’s and c’s) or call into the S4B housing office.
Residents at the new development will have their own apartments aimed at single people and couples aged 55+ and whilst there will be a dedicated care team based on-site 24-hours a day, not everyone has to have care needs.
The idea is that especially as people are living much longer these days, it’s a home for life with no need to move to more suitable accommodation if care needs ever change.
Facilities will include a communal area, bistro, salon, community centre and rooftop gardens. More information in the leaflet here.
