Work is now in its final stages to bring more new homes to Brunswick, Manchester.
The 18 two-bedroom apartments for affordable rent (£85.68 per week), are planned to be ready by the end of June 2018.
The apartments, on the first and second floors of the two-storey block, are part of the brand new Polygon development, situated opposite the iconic Apollo Theatre on the corner of Stockport Road. The building will also have a new S4B housing office and retail facilities.
Each property has an open living space (kitchen/living room combined), two double bedrooms and a bathroom. Gas central heating is installed, along with blinds and flooring fitted throughout.
Special features include, CCTV, key fob entry, video door entry control, audio door entry control and allocated parking. No pets allowed.
All of the properties have already been allocated, however you can request to be added to the waiting list to be considered should any become available.
