S4B are pleased to announce that work at the Polygon site started today, Tuesday 7th June, seven months ahead of schedule, so residents will be seeing results much sooner than expected.
The new building on Polygon Street and Stockport Road, will include 18 new two-bedroom council flats, a new S4B neighbourhood office and other retail facilities.
