There will be someone here to help you in an emergency, 24/7 even when the office is closed, so please continue to telephone 0300 555 0128 (option2) and someone will answer your call.

Thursday 1st January – New Year’s Day
Open – 9:00am-5:00pm
Friday 2nd January – normal service resumes from this date.

Repairs and Emergencies
For any emergency repairs outside of the opening times, please telephone 0300 555 0128 (24-hours option 2). Non-urgent repairs can be reported online here or via email here.

Refuse and Recycling
Please note the following Christmas bin collection dates :
Collections on Friday 26 December will move to Sunday 28 December.
Collections on Friday 2 January will move to Saturday 3 January
Recycle your real Christmas trees
Manchester City Council will collect your old tree along with your green bin, so please leave them together outside by your bins and they will be collected in January 2026. All paper, cardboard and gift wrap can go into your blue bin.

Please Keep Brunswick Tidy. No fly-tipping, recycle wherever possible, and make sure all litter goes into your bins. You can arrange for up to three bulky items to be collected for free by Manchester City Council. Visit their website for more info here
