This year’s Tenants Satisfaction Measures (TSM) survey is ready for distribution and will be delivered to all tenant households only (no homeowners) starting early October. The survey can also be completed online here via this link. Please take a few minutes of your time to complete this. It helps shape our services and helps us identify areas we can improve, all for the benefit of you, our customers and is a Government requirement which started in 2023.
The next steps this year will be our annual extravaganza Brunswick Bonanza on Wednesday, 22nd October at Brunswick Parish Church, Brunswick Street, M13 9SX between 10.00am to 2.00pm.
