Boundary/fence painting work will start on Monday 5th August and will run through until April next year (2025).
It should take around three to four days per property to apply two coats of paint with around 120 properties to be completed in this phase.
Please note, no sheds are to be painted during this work and all work is weather permitting.
All customers and visitors should note any WET PAINT signs displayed in these areas.
Electrical Works
Communal area rewiring work will commence on the 27th August starting with Hursthead walk, and will take approximately 3.5 to 4 weeks to complete.
Once complete, the next phase of work will be Skerry Close then Helmshore Walk, which should take approx. 6-8 weeks per block to complete.
Letters have been sent out to all properties directly affected by this phase of works explaining the process and timescales in more detail. Further letters will be released as we approach each batch of works.
