Brunswick benefits from a strong sense of community and enjoys a great location on the doorstep of the vibrant city centre of Manchester.

Since 2014, it’s been an exciting time for the Brunswick community who have seen lots of change. As part of the improvements S4B has built new homes for sale and for rent, new road, shops and an extra care housing scheme – as well as refurbishing existing homes and carrying out environmental improvements in the area.
