The groups include newsletter, block representatives, estate walkabouts, tenant inspectors, website, repairs, complaints plus the Tenant Satisfaction Monitoring (TSM) panel, which all help shape things for Brunswick.
The feedback can be given via in-person meetings, virtual meetings online, electronically via email, over the telephone or even by post. The choice is entirely yours, and you can be involved as little or as often as you would like.
