S4B is a consortium of companies chosen specifically for this scheme for their expertise and local knowledge.

The team is managed by independent investor, Equitix.

Construction specialist Vistry Partnerships are building new roads, landscaping and facilities and will also build new homes for sale and rent.

Mears are refurbishing the existing homes and providing the repairs and maintenance services across the council properties for the next 25 years.

Onward is the managing the council housing and other neighbourhood services for the length of the contract.
